Today, at 3:30 there were 20 people in the self check line and that many at the ONLY checkout open. My husband politely asked a uniformed clerk if he could call for another checker, only to be told "that's not my job!" Isn't customer service every employee 's job? West linn safeway is run beautifully and are polite and helpful, Canby will bend over backwards and quickly get someone at customer service if you need it. We will simply go to west linn from now on and not have to run the assault course which is Safeway Wilsonville!
