I was tired and needed a pick me up! Mr. Q took care of me, when I didn’t want burgers and fries! If you are thinking about stopping just do it!

Really great food, tried it for the first time as a visitor in Oregon and am really impressed. My wife and I called it one of the best pit stop meals we’ve ever had

Came in on 7/3/26 around 9:20pm. We were a group of 5 people. The employees seemed irratated when we came in. There was no steak or brisket available. What was out was packed into thin plastic bags. It was really weird. It looked like they were getting everything ready to pack everything home. When we inquired about steak the young man said they were out. When we asked if they could make more he said he would "check the back". He came out with half a tub. When we asked where it came from because he said they were out, he said it was in the hot box. We asked if they were saving it for themselves and he laughed. We decided to leave and go to Chipoltle. Had a great experience at Chipoltle, everything there was stocked and fesh and not packed up in product bags. We will not be back to this Qdobo, something very sneaky was definitely going on there!

I’ve been ordering from this Qdoba location for a long time, and unfortunately the service has declined to the point where I can’t justify coming back. This review isn’t based on one bad order, it’s based on a pattern of repeated mistakes and a customer‑service response that made it clear the burden of fixing their errors is placed entirely on the customer. I order online during my workday, which means I don’t have the ability to drive back to the store, wait for a remake, and return to work. That’s the whole reason online ordering exists. For a long time, when the store made mistakes, I used Qdoba’s online reporting system and the issue was handled appropriately. I wasn’t asking for anything extra, just for the food I paid for to be made correctly. But recently, the mistakes have gotten worse. Entire customizations were missing, not preferences, not “I didn’t like it,” but actual items simply not added. I even attached a photo showing exactly what was wrong. The bowl I received was significantly smaller than what I ordered because so many items were missing. When I reported the issue, the response I received from Qdoba corporate was honestly shocking. Instead of addressing the mistake, they told me that because this store has made multiple errors in the past, I now need to contact the store directly and handle it with them. In other words, the store repeatedly failing to meet expectations somehow became my responsibility to fix. They also told me that if I “don’t like what I ordered,” I should return the food with a receipt and the store will remake it. This was a response days later. That completely ignores the fact that I order during my lunch break, which I told them, and cannot leave work to go back and make it back in time. It also ignores the fact that I didn’t “not like” my order, it was made incorrectly. There’s a big difference. To make matters worse, after I explained all of this clearly and respectfully, Qdoba chose not to respond at all. No resolution, no acknowledgment, nothing. So here’s the reality: - This location has repeatedly failed to make orders correctly. - Qdoba’s customer service pushed the burden of fixing those mistakes onto me. - They ignored the fact that I provided photo proof. - They ignored the fact that I cannot return to the store during work hours. - They ignored the fact that I only report actual mistakes, not preferences. - And when I asked for clarification, they simply stopped responding. If the expectation is that customers must open their food and inspect every ingredient before leaving, then online ordering is pointless in my opinion. And if the expectation is that customers should pay full price for incorrect food and receive no compensation because the store has a “history of mistakes,” then that’s not customer service. That’s passing the store’s failures onto the customer. After this experience, I won’t be ordering from Qdoba again, and neither will my family or friends. There are too many restaurants that value their customers and take responsibility when they make mistakes. This location, and Qdoba’s customer‑service response, made it clear that they do not. The photo I attached shows exactly what I received. A bowl that was supposed to have extra tortilla strips, extra cheese, extra sour cream, and extra rice. Instead, there was no cheese, no sour cream, no tortilla strips, and only the normal amount of rice. It’s barren, and it perfectly illustrates the issue: this wasn’t a matter of taste or preference, it was simply not the order I paid for. Edit: After the owner replied here asking me to email CustomerCare with the provided case number, I did exactly that within a day. I received no response. Four days later, I followed up again on the same email chain, included the case number in both the subject and the body, and simply asked for confirmation that my message had been received. Still no reply. At this point it’s clear that the “please reach out to us” comment on my review was just for show.
