  Okay, you guys are scammers. Your food is terrible, and on top of that you charged me twice for a coffee this morning. You take advantage of people, and this is unacceptable.🤢🤮

  Ordered a fresh they escalated the pice at the window, they can barely speak English. Never again.

  It’s very unfortunate that every time I come to this McDonald’s location that the ladies are always very rude. first, when I come, she gets my order wrong multiple times and I have to correct it then I get up to the very first window and there is no one there. I wait for more than five minutes, parked at the window until someone tells me to go to the very second window. I then tell them that I’m paying with Apple Pay and they told me that I have to go all the way back around the building and go back to that first window or they can take my phone into the McDonald’s. I told them that I did not feel comfortable with them taking my phone into the McDonald’s. The lady has been very rudely, hoping to back up to go to the first window, when there was a car behind me and I could not back up and I told her that I was going to drive around again in a very first window and she yelled at me and told me to never come back.

  It’s a nice building. There’s constantly litter in the parking lot, but that’s more on customers than staff. Staff are mostly teens and majority kind. There are a couple adult women leading teams who speak Spanish assuming I don’t and they could use some coaching on attitude and speaking about customers in front of other customers. The food quality is majority good. However, you will never get fresh or hot, whole vs bits or fries that aren’t DRENCHED in salt and soggy. Watch any special orders and check BEFORE you leave - they are very challenged by “minus pickles” “light salt” “light onions” and check your bag for sauce cause even if you request and pay for more, you’re getting 1-2 max for 10+ nuggets. Update: feedback provided via link. Attempted a visit tonight (6 days later…Order placed on app, got email confirmation at 6:03, drove up hill to restaurant, arrived at 6:10. Sent my son in for order 1697. At 6:20 I got out of car and entered the dining room to see what was the matter. Three boys working on one order, not ours. Two women from drive-thru waiting to have their incorrect orders corrected. I watched the female Latino crew member move all IN-PROCESS orders to NOW SERVING to remedy the audible alarms sounding due to excessive order prep time. That was at 6:22. At 6:36 a blonde boy brought our order to the counter but not drinks or treats. Mc Flurries had ice cream spilling over top & down side, returned to get our Sprites. My son reminded crew member we needed spoons. Fries were no salt as requested but burned. Order number 1697 receipt was printed and stuck to INSIDE of McChicken wrapper, folded in and onto my food. Chicken patty was dry and cold, my dinner inedible. 33 min wait for order, unacceptable. The amount of honking coming from line of 7 cars as we drove away was concerning, people getting their food and driving away recklessly, or pulling quickly by exterior dining spaces and swinging in behind us while parked to angrily enter dining room. Better get a grip on this location fast, it’s bad and getting worse. Sherwood does not have these issues…

  Every time I come here it’s pull forward to wait. No one even behind me. Then every time the food especially the fries are cold. The fries are terrible taste like old grease.
