  Arrived at 815pm served by someone who clearly hates their job. Asked for white rice on my tacos told they are finished for the night, asked for regular chicken told they finished for the night so guy offers me honey chicken but up charges me? Asked for veggies told they are out for the night When I asked about what time they close they said 11 so I asked what will you do for the next 3 hrs if everything is out he said grill closes at 10pm. Now I’m really confused what’s the story? Asked the front desk about up charge on chicken sub since it was out like everything else they said that’s just how we do it. Terrible service and huge staffing issue with low productivity and management skills

  10 pm, the place is closed. It’s supposed to be open till 11. Seriously chipotle just close at 10. No protein The whole restaurant is taking apart and being cleaned Nasty old food is the only stuff on the counter

  For some reason, at this location, asking for a little more meat to their unreasonably small portions, in comparison to the rest of the franchise, has about the same social impact as strangling a cat infront of a bunch of children

  I’ve been to this location twice and both times the older woman was incredibly rude and overcharged me. The ambience in this restaurant is something else and not in a good way. It’s so negative, really like nothing I’ve ever experienced anywhere else. I was charged $23 for a half full bowl and the older woman behind the counter made a point to be snotty, like it was a game to her. Unfortunate since I love chipotle for lunch but I definitely won’t be back here.

  Some constructive criticism. The burrito I ordered was dripping and falling apart the moment I took it out of the package. I noticed the servers did not take much care to drain excess liquid from the pico and the meat, so it was pooling before they attempted to wrap it. Also If you're a burrito place every person there should know how to properly wrap a burrito. Mine was very loose and the bottom came undone immediately; it was a mess. A little more training seems required at this location to provide a consistent experience for customers. I would also note that there were several dirty tables and no line, so the shift lead should have had someone in the dinning area tidying up
