Not a huge line. In fact, no line at all. And it took over 10 minutes to get my milkshake after paying.

My boyfriend and I got into town from the east coast and arrived at this location around 10pm, so mentally it was 1 am for us.
This is context for my confusion.
When I ordered a side of onion rings with my burger, the cashier asked if I wanted 1 or 3. Never in my life have I been to a restaurant that sells a single onion ring. Like... In what world does someone eat a single onion ring? I mean, I appreciate the option to have a very light salty bite on the side of a meal. Maybe the onion ring is meant to be added to the burger? Perhaps they're just absolutely huge onion rings. The cashier only said that they 'very in size'. But of course, this is a known fact about onion rings. So, I order the 3.
They were in fact the biggest, juiciest, buboofenist onion rings I've ever seen in my life. They were in the biggest box in the bag. They were fresh out of the fryer, a dark golden, with an immaculate crunch. Most importantly, the onion wasnt even close to soggy or slimy. I mean, how could it be? It was like an onion steak ring in there. They were so crunchy they kind of tore up the inside of my mouth a little bit, but not in a horrible way. But now, I get it. I really couldve gotten by with just the one.
Unfortunately, all other onion rings are ruined for me now. These ones ruled.

The onion burger had absolutely to flavor to it and it left a waxy texture aftertaste. I couldn't even stomach half of it. I cant believe I spent 39.00 on a onion burger basket with fries/vanilla shake/kids meal/fried pickles. This is definitely a one and done experience.

This was my first time trying Burgerville. I will not be back. I bought the Sweet Onion Burger as a double. It was so oily the bun was soggy and the oil pooled in the wrapper. I had to throw away the buns and eat the rest with a fork. I was charged $21.43 for a Sweet Onion Burger Double basket. With large fries and large drink. So overpriced it is ridiculous.
