LOVE this stand!! friends and family know if your gonna go, go here!! they refer to it as "my stand" Austin coming back was 100% the right move!! but i really love all of them, they are all amazing!! they are more than just barista's, they are the 3 minute therapy everyone needs!! Super friendly and quick!! Sydney, Lexi, Gwen, Brenley, Alex, AJ.. and those are just off the top of my head, they always make my day!!!

I absolutely love the VA Dutch Bros stand! All of the broistas are amazing. They greet me by name every day, know my usual drink order, and are always so friendly, fun, and welcoming. They genuinely make my day better every time I stop by! Austin, the manager, is also fantastic. He takes great care of the customers and does a great job taking care of his employees too. It’s easy to see that he truly cares about his team and creates a positive environment for everyone. This location has some of the best people, and they are a big reason I keep coming back and spending all my money lol! ❤️☕️

You guys keep switching out the nice people from this stand with new ones that are very rude and aren't very customer service friendly.. it sucks because now its like starting over with a fresh crew everytime..

Employee with frizzy hair was super rude over my child throwing a piece of paper in their recycling bin. We had planned to retrieve the piece of paper once we got our drinks but she rudely reminded us again. It’s the way the message was delivered RUDE!!! After telling her she could say this in a nicer tone a blonde employee stepped in, slammed the window on us. Very unprofessional, rude behavior. Never again do I plan to stop by.
