    You guys keep switching out the nice people from this stand with new ones that are very rude and aren't very customer service friendly.. it sucks because now its like starting over with a fresh crew everytime..

    Employee with frizzy hair was super rude over my child throwing a piece of paper in their recycling bin. We had planned to retrieve the piece of paper once we got our drinks but she rudely reminded us again. It’s the way the message was delivered RUDE!!! After telling her she could say this in a nicer tone a blonde employee stepped in, slammed the window on us. Very unprofessional, rude behavior. Never again do I plan to stop by.

    Emily at Dutch Bros in Wright City is hands down the best customer service experience I’ve had in over 10 years of visiting Dutch Bros. Every time I see her, she brings such a genuine, positive energy that instantly brightens my day. What stands out most is how much she truly cares about her customers. She doesn’t just take orders—she takes the time to connect with people, listen, and make everyone feel valued and welcome. Her kindness, sincerity, and beautiful attitude are something special and increasingly rare these days. Emily is absolutely my favorite employee, and she is a huge reason I keep coming back. Dutch Bros is lucky to have someone who represents the company with such heart and dedication. Thank you, Emily, for always making my day a little better!
