She doesn’t just take orders—she takes the time to connect with people, listen, and make everyone feel valued and welcome. Her kindness, sincerity, and beautiful attitude are something special and increasingly rare these days. Emily is absolutely my favorite employee, and she is a huge reason I keep coming back. The only employee working the drive‑thru was busy socializing with her friends, who were parked at the window and blocking customers from ordering. We pulled in behind them, and instead of acknowledging us, she looked at us, laughed, and continued hanging out with her friends. When her friends finally moved away from the window so we could pull forward and order, she still told us we had to wait. Moments later, we watched those same friends drive around to the other window so she could continue talking with them. At that point, we left without ordering. This Dutch Bros felt more like an employee hangout than a coffee shop, and the lack of professionalism made it clear that customer service was not a priority.

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
