  I love a good Dutch Bros coffee every now and then. However, I am a type 1 diabetic so receiving the sugar free drink I ask for is of the utmost importance (life or death). Today I ordered a sugar free golden eagle. When she handed it to me, I wanted to double check (because I saw caramel sauce in it which I know a true sugar free one doesn't usually have) so I asked her if it was sugar free and she said yes. She lied to my face. My blood sugar is a lie detector. I didn't trust her so I gave myself insulin and thank goodness I did because I would have had an extremely high blood sugar and either ended up in the hospital or have felt really sick the rest of the day which damages my organs. This has happened multiple times at this stand and my husband went back to tell them what they did (very nicely) and I ended up being so sick for the rest of the day. They said they were sorry and would talk to the staff. Doesn't look like they took it seriously. I'm thinking this is just a treat I shouldn't gamble on anymore since I can't trust the baristas to tell me the truth since they don't want to remake a drink if they make it wrong. Bummed. Please take it seriously--it is life and death for some people.

  Stopped in here on a recent trip to Oregon from California. My best friend and I were looking for the Oregon Dutch Bro. Sticker, but hadn’t been lucky. Kevin hooked it up and made our day! The drinks and service were awesome too! Thank you Kevin for being so generous! Five stars ⭐️ for Kevin and for this location!

  I don’t normally write reviews, but Emily deserves one. She is by far one of the kindest people I’ve ever met. Every time I come through Dutch Bros, she greets me with the biggest smile and such a warm, genuine attitude that it honestly makes my day better. You can tell she truly cares about people. She takes the time to ask how you’re doing, listen, and make you feel like more than just another customer in line. In a world where everyone seems so busy, that kind of kindness means a lot. I’ve been coming to Dutch Bros for years, and Emily stands out as one of the best employees I’ve ever encountered. Her positivity is contagious, her customer service is exceptional, and her sweet spirit keeps me coming back. Dutch Bros is lucky to have her, and I hope she knows how much her kindness is appreciated.

  Thank you for the ground filled coffee with none of the flavors I asked for it tasted like you pulled those grounds out of the used pile maybe if you weren’t so focused on changing your play list and more on your job
