  If I could give ZERO stars I would!! I am absolutely disgusted with how this server treated my fiancé I heard the whole thing over the phone. He was waiting for a very small order for upwards of 30 minutes and then they gave his order wrong he asked politely for them to fix it they took it back and took 15 minutes more and still had not finished, they were standing around laughing and talking not doing what they are paid to do and when my fiancé asked for the cooks name he refused he asked again and he refused again and said fine I will show your manager and pulled his phone to record and the guy ran up on him forcing him out the door threatening and still had not given him his order. He is a truck driver he is on a tight schedule and I am appalled at the treatment here. He did nothing to deserve this foul service. He started to get violent acting with my fiancé and thought he’s big and bad saying get out don’t come back! Why? Because he was expected to do his job and he didn’t even finish it after 40 or so minutes what the hell is going on here? Not only has he been treated awful but this worker needs a case filed on him for threats of bodily harm and assault and thievery. They didn’t even give him his order!!!!! I will be reporting this and if it’s not fixed promptly I will be taking it further into the law.

  Waited 20 minutes to get my food and still had to get it refunded because it wasn't ready. It is not for anyone traveling. They filled a mobile order for 60 tacos while a restaurant full of people waited for their food and the mobile order was not picked up for at least 10 minutes. Don't waste your time.

  If I could give 0 F’s, I mean…stars for this place, I would. Such a long wait (with no explanation, no apology) that I finally left without my food.

  Waited 30 minutes for my food , then was told my order magically disappeared. But they had the receipt for my order . Gave it another shot but they disappointed me again .

  I’ve had orders from this TacoBell that weren’t great in the past. Missing sour cream in burritos, stale nuggets, etc. But this was absolutely the worst I’ve ever had at any Taco Bell. Ordered a Honey Mustard and a Creamy Chipotle Crunchwrap sliders, nacho fries, beefy 5 layer, grilled cheese burrito, and a cheesy Gordita crunch. The tortillas on everything were so stale they were cracking, the burritos were smashed into an odd shape, everything had black burnt flecks on it that you could definitely taste (the grill needs to be cleaned BAD), the nuggets in the Crunchwrap sliders were so stale I couldn’t chew through them. They had to of been under a warmer for at least 5 hours if not more. The only thing we ate was the nacho fries and tossed the rest. I go to Taco Bell because it’s delicious garbage. This was just garbage
