  We read the reviews, but decided to go for it and see for ourselves. We submitted an order via the app and picked it up at the drive thru. Our order was prepared quickly & came out perfect, and it was very evident that a lot of care was put in to the food. I’m not sure if we just came at the right time, but as a 30 year Taco Bell enjoyer these were the best constructed bean & cheese delivery devices I’ve had from any Taco Bell. Great job, and thank you for your care!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was frustrating enough that I feel others should know. This location continued taking orders for items they already knew were out of stock. Instead of informing customers before they paid, they waited until after the transaction was complete and then asked customers to tap their card or phone again to process a refund that can take 3–7 days to appear. While waiting, I personally watched this happen to multiple customers. One customer ordered, paid, and was only then told the item wasn’t available and needed a refund. This created unnecessary delays and frustration for both customers and employees. When I asked why they couldn’t simply let people know what they were out of before taking payment, I was told they weren’t allowed to and could get in trouble for doing so. Whether that’s store policy or not, it’s a poor customer experience. A simple verbal notice before payment—“Just so you know, we’re out of ___ today”—would prevent unnecessary refunds, save customers from waiting days to get their money back, and make the line move much more smoothly. I hope management reviews this process because it isn’t fair to customers or the employees who have to keep issuing refunds.

  The only Taco 🔔 Bell I had a bad experience at. I ordered a Chicken Cantina Bowl with extras added. I Paid premium price for added lettuce, cabbage, Pico de gio, fajita veggies, jalapeños extra chicken and beans. I however didn't receive the extra toppings I paid near 7 extra dollars for. When I asked the manager she said they did give me extra except this taco bell gives smaller amounts then any other taxo bell in the US. I then requested more lettuce and cabbage because I paid and wanted more. I then realized I also had not recieved my fajita vegetables and had to go back and got a refund, the manager said they dont carry them but also wasn't going to refund or tell me until I asked. Total rip off dont charge if you dont have it. Then I noticed I had zero pico de gio I also paid extra for. I didn't have the energy to request another refund and the manager didn't want to take responsibility for the small premium serving sizes. Felt like a scam to charge extra and not get anything or no difference in amounts. Customers were not happy with the wait time and the all kiosk won't even give you a printed receipt. We paid 50.00 for 3 people to eat. The drinks were good the burrito supreme was good however the cinabon bites were hard and not fresh. The manager dosen't look or act professional either. I love Taco Bell and this was a big disappointment for food, service and atmosphere. Also the portions are a rip off when you pay premium prices for add ons. And I know I did not get the extra toppings I paid 7 dollars for. I should have only been charged 3 for the amounts and missing ingredients.

  We were so sad when the place burned last year. We drive past Biggs multiple times a year. I placed my kiosk order (the only available way to process your order), per usual. 40 minutes later, I asked about my order. "Yeah, we are not seeing it here..." Begrudgingly, I reordered but reduced my in half. Husband and 3 dogs in hot, above 90s truck. They found refuge. (Background: this was a fairly new, and poorly reviewed establishment. They have a reputation of incredibly slow service, rude customer service and not great food. It looks like a truck stop food court.) When I initially placed my order, there were approximately 5 people ahead of me in this umcomfortably warm room seatting area, NO AC (upper 90s outside) Then, after 15 min, there were 20 people waiting inside for quite some time. There were 4 employees, that we could see in the back food prep area. One left on a break during this onslaught of customers, and vaped or something in his car. One ate food from the food prep area, in our line of sight. Not one came to the main counter to do anything besides drop a bag, no eye contact, in the pick up "zone" A man asked me how long I'd been there. I said almost an hour. He immediately went to the the counter and yelled "I NEED A REFUND NOW" The staff took awhile to come up and directly, correctly help the customer with his request. After over an hour, we received our incorrect order, including burned bean burritos (c'mon guys) Never ever ever returning. The Indian food truck is soooo much better, and WAY faster.
