  No cable channels, no coffee maker, no microwave, small room; bed tight against walls with 1ft space between beds, no luggage rack, bed against havoc unit, no enough towels. If there was something positive I not it.

  Went through the drive thru and specifically asked for plain cheeseburgers with just ketchup and they all came smothered in onion, mustard, and pickles besides. Drove away before noticing and it’s impossible to scrape it off as the onions are tiny and laced in every single layer, even mixed into the melted cheese. (Who puts this stuff on a kids’ meal burger anyway?) No one wants to eat them because they taste so strong of onion and now we’ve got a hungry car ride ahead of us. Boo

  Alvaro and max are great employees they both where super nice and respectful and made us laugh some people act like robots and are not trained properly on customer service not them !! They were fast and nice the food was great !!

  Ordered my food and watched a Young Boy with glasses eat M&M‘s at the front counter put them in his mouth and then handle peoples food. I then got my order and it was old and cold so I asked for it to be remade. Watched the cook in the kitchen re-drop an already cooked chicken strip in the oil for about 30 seconds and he remade the snack wrap thinking that that was fresh he looked like a Middle aged man that probably didn’t speak English so I guess he’s right where he should be, McDonald’s cook. Then I asked to talk to the manager she did not seem to care, but she did do what I asked, so I commend her for that but she did not coach or explain to any employee what was going on and that it was wrong, very sad. McDonald’s is probably the most easiest job and usually the first job that people have and if you can’t accomplish working at McDonald’s, then you’re literally a failure in life. I will never go back to this location ever again. This McDonald’s is at a truck stop, people drive long hours and just want to get a meal and rest do better McDonald’s employees, your already here working so make the best of it and do your best. TRUCKERS DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND DONT GET FOOD AT THIS LOCATION.
