    Pretty disappointing. I've been to this location multiple days in a row now and the attitude and service was not what Dutch Bros is known for. The first day I went with my wife and didn't think much of it and she said after we left man they had no energy, seemed bothered by the fact that we came to order and compared it to a Starbucks experience. I agreed but didn't think much of it and figured maybe they were having a bad day. As a veteran I've been there before so I try not to judge. Today I went back, order the same drink every day (sometimes more than once a day) and mention I'm a Veteran because they do give a discount then I go ahead and tip the discount to them directly (usually 50 cents, so in a $3.45 drink it's just under a 15% tip). My go to order, a white coffee americano with sugar free vanilla and light ice. So today I order and the person doesnt pay attention at all and was like what was your order again, which not a big deal, its early. Then today, for the first time ever, I was asked for proof I'm a veteran. No big deal I have it on me always. When I showed her my Veteran ID she just rolled her eyes. No conversation at the Window, no how's your day going, no nothing, just the sense of being annoyed with either life or their job, or the fact that people were ordering from the business that you are gainfully employed from. Now to give some context, I order my drink light ice because otherwise I get a cup full of ice. Light ice, I usually get about 1/3 of a cup of ice and its is basically melted by the time I finish it (in about 15 min. Today I got my drink and I'm not kidding, I had a single ice cube in there. The point of this post is not to beat up on them, I'm hoping that corporate sees this post and uses it as an opportunity to get this location back to the Dutch way. Turn on music (which there was either none or so low you couldn't hear it) turn up the energy and be friendly and happy you have a job where people enjoy coming to in order to get the product your company offers.

    I’ve yet to have a good experience at this dutch with the staff constantly chitchatting holding up the line and not taking orders. But today I went out of convenience as it’s closest to my work and I finally get up to the window to be handed this murky grey drink. I told the guy, what I thought was pretty polite, that it wasn't my drink and he proceeded to sit and argue with me that this grey drink was my usually bright pink/red gem berry telling me "that's what happens when you get it double blended" and making lil snarky comments even tho i get this drink pretty much everyday so I know what it looks like. I’m usually not one to make a fuss or leave a review so I did just leave with it after he made me take a drink to prove he was right. Mistakes happen but he genuinely talked back to me like I was the stupidest person in the world and he wasn’t even right lol. I eventually did go back and the girls were sweet and remade it correct but overall this staff seriously needs to be retrained on their customer service as even prior to this it’s not been great 🤷‍♀️
