  I wish I could take away even this one star. We just ordered a staff lunch for nine people, and almost every single order was incorrect. One order was completely missing, seven other orders had incorrect meat, rice, and/or toppings, our side of queso and four sides of guacamole were missing, and our bag of chips was also left out of the order. We tried calling, but could only get through to an AI bot, so we sent someone back to the restaurant. The shift leader, Talia, told us we needed to bring back all the orders to prove they were incorrect so they could check the cameras to watch the orders being made, and would not provide a refund or even give us the missing items. They also said we needed to request a refund through the app, but even the AI chat said our request could not be completed. This location provided absolutely no customer service and did not even attempt to resolve the situation. Update: Another employee went back to try again and at least get the missing parts of our order, even if they would not refund us for all the mistakes. Talia called Oliver, the general manager, who told her the same thing about requesting a refund through the app, which we had already tried and did not work. He also wanted us to prove that we made an order and condescendingly stated that Chipotle would not refund us on small missed items on the orders. My employee was trying to be kind and told him she understands that mistakes happen, but was just wanting them to make it right. He told her to her face that he did not care. Safe to say we will never be ordering team lunches from this location again.

  I visited this restaurant last week, and the food was horrible. 😫 The employee who helped me put very small portions of every ingredient in my burrito, so it ended up being tiny. The service was disappointing, and I definitely prefer the Chipotle in Wilsonville—they always make much bigger burritos with more generous portions.

  Food was good but putting the bowls on a scale to measure our the weight if as one gram of chicken is going to hurt over their overall pocket

  Worst chipotle experience we’ve ever had. There was no one in there and the staff rushed us through the line and was annoyed if we asked for anything extra. There was no corn and wouldn’t refill it when we asked for more. The burritos were soggy due to the juice of the pico being heavily poured into them. The rice and beans tasted like water. The place itself was dirty. Never ever going back. It was such a waste of money and so disappointing.
