Average across the board, this is my second time having delivery service.
I ordered the 'New Yorker' Canadian bacon, pepperoni and pineapple pizza, it is supposed to be more pizza than the round pizza options available. The Canadian bacon appeared unappealing, sliced very thin and oily , with very little pineapple, I, was dissatisfied with the New Yorker, and in my opinion should be avoided as the other round pizzas are a better tasting product.
The traditional veggie hand tossed pizza was better in appearance, definely had more flavor, but still lacked sauce, substance and was very light in weight, the large pizza is 14 inches, but just didn't last compared to other pizzas from local competing restaurants I have reviewed,
The order taker was prompt, polite and professional, no need to download the app to start ordering food, over the telephone and talking to a real person is a positive improvement over DOMINOS PIZZA.
4 stars for their performance on customer service,
The delivery driver was past the 30 minutes delivery time, not by much. And appeared dissatisfied after I could only afford a 2 dollar tip, as the 2 pizzas cost me 44 dollars already.,
The first Pizza Hut experience was
During normal daytime business hours
I ordered a large traditional veggie pizza, and a large traditional pepperoni pizza..
Pizza Hut went through UBER services. And the delivery driver kept me informed through every stage of delivery through text message, well dressed , courteous, and to my door, well within the 30 minutes Very VERY KEWL .
About the pizzas?
Well..they were marginally better. The appearance was good, and the product was hot. Still lacked substance ,flavor and weight
My experience wasn't horrible, just NOT OUTSTANDING, what ever happened to the slogan "Pizza Hut! Makin' it great"?
