EXEPT FOR THE SHAKE, the food was good. The shake tasted straight like MOLD! Someone is slackin' on cleaning the shake mixer. Big time!

At one point this McDonald was probably the best one around. But now straight butt cheeks I just placed a mobile order, was late to picking it up but still watched a line of cars that went passed their parking lot all get their food before me. Finally when I got the food I was annoyed didn’t pay attention just to notice they were missing a kids meal so I turn about walk inside had 4 employees walk passed me for 10mins while I tried to get their attention. Finally I had to yell at someone to get them to look at me, he looked at me and said yeah one sec we’re waiting on fresh nuggets then proceeded to finally help the lobby. Finally another 8-10 mins later I finally got my food even though I’m pretty sure they forgot again because he looked at me while I was mad and turned to get my food. But the cherry on top, the nuggets they were “fresh” were cold:) and by the time I got to eat my food it was cold too so it kind goes hand and hand lol

I don't understand kids' idea of customer service these days, but managers are still responsible for making sure the person fits the role. When you put someone that has no active listening skills in charge of taking orders, you're gonna make mistakes. But when you order a 20 pc nuggets and a large fry, but you get a 40 pc and 2 cheeseburgers, you have failed your drive thru.

Having self-order kiosks does not mean you get to stop providing basic customer service. I came in as a paying customer ready to spend my hard-earned money, and instead of being treated with common courtesy and respect, I was left to figure everything out alone while staff acted like helping a guest was an inconvenience. Kiosks are supposed to speed things up and support the experience—not replace human service and basic kindness. When someone walks into your restaurant, they are still a guest. They still deserve to be acknowledged, helped when needed, and treated with respect. Pushing everything onto a screen while ignoring or brushing off customers is lazy and disrespectful. People work hard for their money. The least you can do is treat them like human beings instead of just another transaction you hope will go away. McDonald’s needs to do better. Train your teams that technology is a tool, not an excuse to check out. Customers notice when they’re treated poorly, and we remember it. Fix the attitude and remember who actually pays the bills—your guests.

This can't be real life. The teens who have free reign of the place after dark hate getting Doordash orders, so they purposely mess with them. Ordered ketchup on your burger? No you didn't. Wanted a 10 piece nugget? Sorry, you only get 9. Wanted fries? Oh, shucks! We just forgot to put those in the bag. Nuggets literally had hair and fuzz on them from the floor. For all I know, the burgers had spit in them judging by the way they looked upon recieving from Doordash. Definitely got this ish refunded, but these kids need a staff meeting ASAP about not tampering with people's food. Food, tonight, that was meant for two hungry kids. How disappointing for them to not be able to eat it. Health hazards abound at this Cherry Park location and management should really intervene by now. Crazy work allowing this. This location used to be top-notch 15yrs ago. Not anymore. Go the Division/Burnside location and don't waste money here.
