  You guys need to start double checking to make sure you have all the items in the bag for deliveries. The driver isn't allowed to break the seals and check for people. People. People spend too much .o ey there as it is to have missing items then have to wait up to 3 days for a refund. Maybe stop hiring incompetent people.

  The manager Megan kicked me and my friends out of the establishment because we had been there for more than 20 minutes. We didn’t even have time to finish our order.

  The manager acted extremely unprofessionally: she was rude to me without any reason and kicked me out of the establishment. This kind of behavior toward customers is unacceptable and leaves a very negative impression.

  Everytime I come here, there is some sort of problem. Yesterday, my partners family had to put down their family dog, and afterward we came here to get some nuggets, which were hard as a rock, unappealing to even look at, as they seemed to have been sitting for a while… happens a lot with the fries too. After returning home my mother in law called the store, to which a manager (we didn’t get her name) then offered to comp our meal if we came in the next day, same time, and said she would write down our names. Never said anything about having the receipt as well. Upon returning, they refused to do the meal comp because it seemed that same manager was not there, and didn’t do as she said she would with writing our names down. we had the receipt number, but not the physical copy. Working in retail, there is always something to be done without a solid no immediately. that being said, customer service on top of the inedible food we’ve been served, this place qualifies for less than one star even. After all of that they forgot my sauce as well lol so that’s just the cherry on top. Plus they don’t have mocha fraps ! Disappointing…

  I was doing a door dash pickup. I got asked 3 or 4 times from a young hispanic girl about the order and order number. She said you might have the incorrect McDonald's. I definitely did not have the incorrect Mdonald's as I showed her the order number name and address several times. I then had to show it two more times to the manager. Then I still don't get the order to pick up. Then I go back out to the car to have ju friend go back in and pick it up and they asked him if I ever got the order? I was so irritated having to wait over 15 min and asked 5 times about the order. Then they totally forget the Soda for the customer and tell my friend it's in the bag..since when have you ever heard of them putting a larg soda in to go bag? Horrible service. I watched 3 dashers go ahead of me and retrieve there orders and were out. Ridiculous.
