  Came here on a Thursday at 1230. Took me 25 minutes to get my food with only 3 people ahead of me in drive thru. Lady who did window orders was also handling inside. More staff needed.

  Sadly, this Arby's location does not serve regular French fries or baked potatoes. They only have the curly fries which should not be eaten by customers with gluten-intolerance or celiac disease.

  Good customer service at the counter at 6:30pm on a Friday! There's a clear view into the kitchen from the cashier line and I saw an employee taking great care in constructing and wrapping up the big sandwiches for other orders :) Buffalo chicken sliders we're really good.

  We arrived around 6pm last night ready to get dinner and head on the road. We were acknowledged by the front clerk who said he was busy and we said to take your time as we needed to decide. When we were ready, we stepped up to the register to order and he came over. My daughter was talking to him and placing her order. When she was done, I asked a question and he simply walked away. He came back to the register and just blankly looked at us. I told him we were in the middle of ordering and I was asking questions. He said, “We were really busy”. We were the only persons in the restaurant and there were a few cars in the drive thru. We simply walked out. The rudeness was unreal.
