I went last week to pick up a my daughters medicine a couple hours after the appointment and was told they just got it and it would be ready in about 45 minutes. I didn’t have a problem with the wait, it was the lady at the front desk with a very very cold tone. I waited and went back and found out it was actually sent in in an hour before I got there and also was just over the counter(which I didn’t know). Today I went in and was told my medicine wouldn’t be ready for another two days. I explained what it was for and she rudely went to the pharmacist and told him to take over. He then explained he could fill it locally. Confused is an understatement . I was frustrated of course but I understand the need to order medicine and short staffed. It’s alright. What isn’t alright is the way the front desk lady(with glasses) responded to me like I was stupid when I asked questions. I would have rather than been yelled at than talked to like that. I’ve lived her for a couple years now and every time I get her she’s cold and mean. I’m about to switch to Fred Meyer and just deal with the costs out of pocket. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a whole from a pharmacy.
