You should not have to wait 40m for bread sticks and a small pizza.

On July 11th we ordered 5 pizzas to be delivered on line. Put in our time and add. 20 minutes after the delivery time we started to call and noticed they had call we contacted the driver and figured out he was in the wrong town. He asked us to ping our location so we did and told him to call a specific no. another 45 min went by we called again they said it had been taken back to the store we now had to come get it. I told her it would be cold and wanted a discount she ignored me We drove to town and there sat out pizza the clerk that waited on me was the manager according to her. When I said I wanted a discount she said no I asked for her manager she gave me an email and sad she ones I told her no that I had had 20 waiting for food since 130 and it was now 1.5 hours past the delivery time. She was a matter of fact no discount and wait for them to make them again we chose refund and it was the first time using Domino's and our last.

I love Domino's and have always had good experiences at other locations, which is why this visit was so disappointing. We were visiting from out of town and decided to stop at this location for a pickup order. When I walked in, I immediately got the impression that the staff didn't want to help me. I waited for quite a while before anyone acknowledged me. After receiving my order, I politely asked if I could have some Parmesan cheese and red pepper flakes, which have been available at most Domino's locations I've visited. I was told, in a rude tone, "Yeah, we can't do that." If they were simply out of them or this location doesn't carry them, I would have completely understood. Instead, I asked if there was another option, such as a side of jalapeños or anything else, but I was told no without any explanation. I then asked why this location didn't offer Parmesan or red pepper flakes, but rather than answering my question, the staff refused to engage with me. The manager, Chloe, also didn't make any effort to explain the situation or help find a solution. I wasn't asking for anything unreasonable—I was simply looking for an alternative or a brief explanation. Unfortunately, the lack of customer service and unwillingness to help left a very negative impression.

We had the most bizarre experience. I rarely leave bad reviews, and if I could put -5 stars, I would. We were at the Coast for a day and my friend ordered pick up online. However, she didn't have her glasses and picked the wrong location. We canceled the online order and decided to order in store. When she walked up to the counter, and explained what happened, the employee told her to just order online again and walked away. We didn't know the zip code, so my friend asked for it, and no one was paying attention. They had an interesting choice of music blasting in the kitchen, so she yelled out for the zip code and one of the cooks gave it to her. The app didn't work, so I walked up to the counter to ask if we truly can only order online. We waited for about 8min for the employee to return (I was looking at the clock, it really did take that long) and they only returned to the counter when another customer walked in. I asked the employee if we can order, and they just looked at me, with a stare and no emotion. So, I told them what I wanted. The app had quoted us $21 for the exact same order but in store they wanted $57. I asked the employee if they had any deals, and they said no, they are only online. I know this is not true. We get better deals in Portland when we order in store. After a long day, we didn't feel like arguing, so we paid and sat down waiting for our food. After waiting for a long time, we noticed people who had ordered after us were getting their food. We walked over to the screen where it shows order status but didn't see our name on it either. By that time, about 20min had passed since ordering. We walked to the counter and asked about our order, to which the reply was "it's there" and the employee walked over to the food warmer and grabbed it. They never yelled out our name, never put our name in the tracker and didn't bother to at least say anything polite about it. When my friend asked why they didn't call us, the employee said "you have your food now, have a nice night." I asked them what their name was (they had no name tag) to which they said "have a nice night. " no emotion, no smile, just indifference. We decided not to eat there, although our kids were very hungry and to take our food to our hotel. When we got out to the parking lot, the delivery driver and another employee were getting high in the back of the parking lot, in plain sight, leaning on the hood of their car. I know we came from Portland and we are known for being weird, but I was not expecting the worst service ever at a small town like that. The whole thing was just beyond bizarre. The food was good, though. The experience not so much.
