  I stopped here for a quick meal while passing through town. The ambiance here is typical of other phỏ and bánh mì places I’m used to elsewhere. Nothing fancy. But that’s all good if you are there for the food. The phở bò (beef soup with rice noodles) was delicious. The broth had a great balance of salty, sweet, herbal, and umami flavors, and the typical extras (basil, sprouts, jalapeño, and citrus) were all fresh and well prepared. Their menu has a wide range of Vietnamese sandwiches, as well as beef stew and chicken curry, which I did not try. Fair price and good service. Thanks for the satisfying meal!

  Hands‑down the best Pho in Tigard & King City I eat pho all over Tigard, King City, and the surrounding area, and Vina Deli Baguette & Pho is truly the best. The flavors here are authentic, fresh, and clearly made with care. You can taste the difference immediately — the ingredients are prepared in‑store, the baguettes are baked fresh, and everything has that homemade quality you just don’t find elsewhere. This is a family‑owned spot, and you feel that warmth the moment you walk in. The owners are incredibly kind, and you can tell they put their heart into every dish. Their pho broth is rich, aromatic, and comforting — easily my go‑to bowl in the area. I also have to call out my absolute favorite item: the croissants with meat in the middle. They hand‑make them daily, warm them up for you, and they’re perfect — flaky, soft, and packed with flavor. A must‑try. If you read through the owner’s replies to other reviews, you’ll see how much pride they take in their fresh ingredients, homemade recipes, and treating customers like family. That’s exactly the experience I’ve had every time I visit. Highly recommend this place — amazing food, amazing people, and consistently the best pho.
