  The women working there with mixed color hair of blondish on top and magenta on the bottom was horrible and utterly unprofessional!!!! The young man working there was very nice and helpful! I hadn't been to Subway in a while and she barked at me when I paused to figure out what type of bread we wanted. She had been sweeping the little lobby when we first arrived. At one point while the young man made out sandwiches, she came back out to the lobby and swept the floor under our feet and had us move so she could sweet in front of the counter where we were standing. It was quite bizarre and all the while with this chip on her shoulder attitude. Then before our order was completed and 2 of our 4 foot long subs were being heated up and he was prepping the other 2 sandwiches, she took those two sandwiches out of the oven without putting gloves on. Everything about this woman's attitude and behavior was appalling rude and obnoxious. At the end of all this, she was behind the wall on the left (from my visual perspective) and I could not see her and she could not see me, I whispered to the young man who was ringing up out food if she is the Manager. He never overtly showed disgust for her behavior and that was extremely professional of him. He did answer my question and said, “yes.". My projection is that she is so obnoxious, mean, and horrible, that he had to walk on egg shells around her. I walked away utterly shocked at this woman's inappropriate and rude behavior !!!! The service from the youngan was excellent. However, due to this woman's behavior, I am giving it one star and would give it a negative if I could. She gets one star for filling the air with negative energy and would get zero if that was possible. If I were doing quality control for the Subway corporation or if it is a locally owned place, I would fire her on the spot. Her behavior is the worst service I have ever experienced in a fast food place!!!

  I’m a Dasher, and I want to thank this young woman. She is an excellent employee—always polite, kind, and highly professional. I’m very grateful for everything she does for all of us. May God grant her happiness, kindness, and well-being. People like her are as valuable as diamonds.

  AVOID THIS PLACE. Went with a friend to order food for out families and got the rudest service from the store manager. While we entered together, I stay separate to ensure it was obvious we were 2 separate orders. When we entered, one person got up and helped my friend, did not ask if we were together. Friend stated we had 2 separate orders. The manager and 2 others were sitting at a table chatting then when they noticed I saw them they got up and started talking about doing an online order. I was not asked about my order. A new customer came in and stood behind me. The manager then offered to take the new customers order. I inquired calmly about my order, the manager ignored me so I stepped behind the new customer so they could get their order taken care (being nice) The manager became agitated now and then asked me for my order, exclaiming to the new customer that I "was throwing a fit". I said go ahead and finish taking the new customers order as she already started, again in a normal tone and being polite. The manager then yelled that if I do not give my order then I would not get served there. I walked out at this point extremely angry at being treated soo rudely, by the store manager of all people. The food was ok, nothing fresh and all tasted like it had been sitting there exposed for a while. Bread was not warm and bread warmers appeared to be turned off. Cookies were very hard to chew and did not taste like usual Subway cookies. If you get the store manager, i suggest walking out and taking your business somewhere else.
