- JSJuwan SebastianMay 9, 20262.0This McDonald’s gets it right 50% of the time sometimes I get everything sometimes I don’t even get the fries that I ordered if you’re ever gonna go to this McDonald’s make sure you look inside your bag to make sure they put everything in there. That’s right this McDonald’s is awful at accuracy for whatever reason don’t even think about getting stuff delivered from this McDonald’s choose the one down the road or the one Nimbus because they’re actually gonna get your stuff right unlike this one Edit: they messed up my McFlurry too top 75% that had the Oreos in it. The bottom 25% was straight vanilla ice cream.

You need to ask for napkins. After waiting at the front counter for several minutes for a napkin and no crew members to notice me, I gave up. Extra vanilla was requested for one of my iced vanilla coffees and while they successfully added the order slip to the side of the cup, the coffee was bitter with hardly any flavor. What happened to McDonalds? It used to be customer focused for a fun and fast food experience. Self serve drink stations are gone. Cant even get your own napkins. Want to talk to a person? Gotta go through the drive through or wait until youve ordered at one of the impersonal self service kiosks. Otherwise you can wait for an eternity. Food is smaller than competition and priced anout the same. McDonalds is no longer fun and friendly. It's dull and uninviting.
