  One of the slowest and smallest/saddest sandwiches I’ve gotten at a Jimmy John’s. xD Didn’t think it could be that bad but I suppose the brand varies if you go to the wrong location. Would not recommend this one.

  Came around 5:30pm Wendsay 29th Tasted like the meat and mayo was bad and the orders were made wrong but was worried to reorder due to the workers attitude. Didn't get his name but he had dark hair light eyes. He was eating infront of us while at the register. Felt very unwelcome. The food work space was filthy aswell.

  Walked in to get a sandwich Tuesday, July 28 at 3:45 PM. There was two males working and a female working that was just clocking off. The male that made my sandwich was an absolute jerk seemed like he hated his life or his job not sure which one or maybe both. Was very rude. Made my sandwich like crap. Just threw a ton of oil and ranch everywhere made it super sloppy and then when he wrapped my sandwich, he stuffed the wrapper inside of the middle of in between my sandwich and forgot the chicken mind you I ordered a chicken bacon ranch. Horrible service these kids Need to get their life together I will never recommend this store as long as those kids are working there

  Their motto is “freaky fast”, well not with one person working there. Easily waited 5 minutes to get my order placed. Also, I ordered the “Big John”, if you google it, it’s a sandwich loaded with meat. Well my sandwich had one sliced layer of roast beef, nothing like what they advertise. Place is terrible. Never again, Jersey Mikes for now on.

  We usually like this jimmy johns but tonight might have been our last time ant this one. Ordered a regular size turkey sandwich to go. The clerk asked if we wanted cheese, and then charged us for cheese. When they handed us the sandwich, it seemed small. We got home and realized that it looked like it was on little Jon bread. I called the store to report the mistake and was told that the normal bread hadn’t proofed enough and that it was small. No apology, no I’m sorry just that’s the way it is. So I hung up not very happy. Then I went to eat my “little”sandwich and noticed that there was no cheese on it, The cheese they charged me extra for they didn’t even put on the sandwich! I tried calling back again and no answer. This I can understand because they were closed both times, but the first time they answered. I think I’ll go to Jersey Mike’s next time. The sandwich was not worth what we paid.
