  Don't go here. Baguette Bros up the road is half the price and way better. They dont know me but eat local. Jimmy John's is just awful now. The service is the worst in town. Sunday 9th 2:16

  This shop makes tasty sandwiches. I’ve consistently enjoyed the quality across my visits, which is why I continue to return. My only concern is inconsistency and efficiency in handling order accuracy and corrections. On a recent slow Saturday evening pickup (no visible rush or backlog), I was given the incorrect order. I understand I should have checked before leaving, but I didn’t notice the issue until afterward. When I called to resolve it, I initially asked if the order could simply be remade at a later time. I was instead offered a credit for the amount paid. I explained that the original purchase had been part of a BOGO promotion, and the credit did not reflect the actual value of what was ordered, but was told the credit would still stand since only one item was paid for. The issue was eventually resolved and the order was remade, but it required additional follow-up on the day we used it. Overall, the resolution took more steps and communication than expected for a straightforward order error. I’m not expecting anything beyond a correct order, but I do think there’s an opportunity to improve consistency and make the process of correcting mistakes more straightforward for customers.

  UPDATE: I decided to give them another try and it was a complete 180 from my first review. Looks like the feedback from my last visit was take seriously. Quick, friendly service. The food is what you'd expect from Jimmy John’s, so I don't have any complaints there. My frustration is with the service and overall atmosphere. Every time I've come in, it has taken over 10 minutes just to get a sandwich made, which is disappointing for a place that used to be known for being quick. What makes it worse is that some employees come across like they don't want to be there, and ordering feels like you're inconveniencing them. Going somewhere for a quick lunch shouldn't feel like you're burdening the staff. This location used to be great, but lately it feels run down, and the lack of customer service only adds to that impression.

  Tell people if you’re behind by 45 minutes BEFORE they order and pay, or turn off the neon “freaky fast” sign at least. And get the guy on the line making sandwiches OFF the vape pen! Homie is zooted beyond belief. Never seen someone spread mayo for that long before.
