When I called to see if it had been delivered to the wrong address and to just figure out what went wrong, I was met with "it must have been delivered.. but because you had a note that says do not knock, we cant do anything about it.. the silver lining is that one of your neighbors probably took it and now you know for next time." I have "Do not knock, sleeping baby and protective dog" written in the instructions. I also have a ring Camera that didnt show or detect any motion during the time that they said Fred had delivered my order. Not only was I appaled by the insinuation that one of my neighbors took my food, I was appaled by the fact that the manager wouldn't get on the line and explain the situation to me himself. I was never offered a refund or a remake of my order.
