  Food is best to stick with a NW Burger or even a Turkey Burger… friies, shakes and sundaes are bomb! Staff is amazing…friendly and helpful to say the least. The atmosphere is alright, but nothing special. I do not recommend the ham & sauce breakfast sandwiches because the sauce doesn’t compliment that ham & bun. I might try the other one with egg next time… I hope they get rid of the ham & sauce though because $6.50 was such. Safe of money! Luckily, the staff allowed me to swap without any problem because I think the low key agreed with me and wanted me to be happy. I am now. I almost didn’t return because of that rip off breakfast sandwich. I have decided to keep it simple; burgers & desserts there, although I have had zero problems with their fries or fried veggies aside from the price hikes.

  This Burgerville, plain and simple, makes the best food of all the other BV's. Not trying to say bad things about anyone else but these guys always make it fresh, hot and they package it correctly and it's well organized in the bag. And most importantly... they SALT THE MEAT! Thank you! Sorry, but unsalted ground beef that has to be cooked well done per HD standards for FF Drive Thru, tastes like cardboard if not salted. These guys get it. Friendly staff and for freah, made when you order food, the wait is not bad. Keep up the good work!

  I had a delivery pick up and I showed up at 9:58 to pick it up just to be told to go to the drive thru. Where i had to wait in line to pick up an order that I could have just picked up at the lobby cause the lobby closes at 10. The app im using also told me to use the lobby. If they close earlier, they should change their hours on their door or on the app they use for their delivery service.

  I parked and went inside. It seemed dark. The service was fast and cod sandwich and fries were good. The person who packed the sandwich and fries spilled the bag of fries into the bag, so the bag was soaked with grease. I also had to ask for ketchup.
