    I don’t typically leave negative reviews, but after consistently poor experiences over the past several months, I feel like it’s warranted. Living in Talent means there aren’t many pizza options, so I continue ordering from this Domino’s because it’s convenient. If there were more nearby choices, I honestly wouldn’t keep coming back. The biggest issue is the inconsistency. We frequently order extra pepperoni, and it often arrives looking like a standard pepperoni pizza. We’ve ordered specialty pizzas that were made incorrectly, had deliveries where drinks or other items were forgotten, and there have been plenty of pizzas that looked like they were thrown together with very little care. As someone who has worked in the pizza industry, I understand mistakes happen, but this has become a pattern rather than an occasional error. Another frustrating issue is the ordering system. Every pizza seems to show as being made by the same employee, regardless of who actually prepared it, so there’s no real accountability when something is wrong. On top of that, my carryout orders have repeatedly been marked as “completed” instead of “ready for pickup.” The app tells me I’ve already picked up my order and even asks how I enjoyed my meal before I’ve even walked into the store. Because of that, I end up waiting unnecessarily, thinking my order isn’t finished when it’s actually been sitting there ready. The customer service today was the final straw. I walked into an empty lobby and stood at the counter for over a minute while two employees talked about how much they didn’t want to be at work, how they couldn’t wait to go home, and their Fourth of July schedules. Neither of them acknowledged me or even made eye contact. Eventually, one employee walked over to the pickup rack and simply asked, “Are you picking up?” without so much as a greeting or apology for the wait. I understand everyone has bad days, and I don’t expect perfection. What I do expect is basic customer service, some pride in the food being served, and consistency. Unfortunately, this location has repeatedly fallen short in all three areas. I genuinely hope management addresses these issues because Talent deserves better

    I placed an online order for pickup, it was incorrect. I was told it would be 30 - 45 minutes to correct because they were buried with orders. If you want to keep customers, you don't put your mistakes in que, you fire them immediately. I have seen the other reviews and it seems this store has a hard time keeping people happy due to similar mistakes. Love seeing how many 5 star reviews come from people outside the area, get better Dominos.

    I'm leaving this review today specifically because of the experience that I had with Mele. I placed a carry out order and it said that the delivery time would've been about 25 to 40 minutes. When I placed the order, the app updated with almost an hour for delivery at minimum. So, I called the store And asked if there was an actual delay and she told me that they were really busy and that she was the only person in the store. I asked her if there was anyway that I could come and just do a pick up, I had already prepaid for the order and I asked her if she could remove the delivery fee off for me to pick up. Instead of removing a delivery fee or explaining the situation to me, she literally voided my entire payment that I had already paid for my lunch. Informed me that I won't get that money back for 3 to 5 business days or whenever the bank will send the money back and then I will need to repay for it. That was the only money that I had available to order lunch with so now I don't get lunch because she messed up and she had no other way to rectify the situation. She just kept saying that she's the only person there and that that's the best that she can do. This store has slowly gotten worse and worse since we've moved into the area. The quality of the food has gone down, the quality of the service has gone down, the store is severely understaffed and consistently having issues, the staff seems confused and under trained if you ask any questions. It is Extremely frustrating. Plus, now I don't get my meal because I'll have to pay double for my lunch and wait for half of it to be returned back to me because she voided it.
