When you got your food they forget half of the order or make it wrong! And there’s barely anything in the tacos they make. Manager on shift wouldn’t do anything about it! I’d prefer to drive all the way to Lebanon for there location

- EEExploregonJul 24, 20262.0My experiences at this Taco Bell have been consistently disappointing. The food often tastes like it was rushed and isn't prepared very well. They also seem to be out of menu items on a regular basis, and my order is frequently incorrect. The staff often appear untrained or unfamiliar with the menu and procedures, which only adds to the frustration. On several visits, I've seen employees smoking right outside the front entrance, which doesn't create a very professional impression. On one occasion, I also observed someone I believed to be an employee sitting in a white Honda near the entrance smoking what appeared to be marijuana. Whether or not they were on duty, it reflected poorly on the overall atmosphere of the restaurant. I hope management addresses these issues because this location has a lot of room for improvement in both customer service and professionalism.

Only 1 other person in lobby and from his remarks he had been waiting a long time also. Works never came to counter or even care that there was people in the lobby. Absolutely ridiculous. Tried to cancel order but said I could but I will be charged anyways.
