  I normally don’t write reviews, but after what I saw, I felt like I had to say something. I honestly felt bad for the employees. The workers were trying their best, staying busy, helping customers, and keeping things moving, but some of the managers were extremely rude to them for no reason. You could tell the employees were already stressed, and instead of helping, the managers seemed more focused on talking down to them. Nobody deserves to be treated like that, especially at work and especially in front of customers. It was honestly uncomfortable to watch. I get fast food is stressful and everyone has bad days, but there’s a difference between being firm and being disrespectful. A lot of these employees looked young and overwhelmed, and I just felt bad for them. People don’t quit bad jobs they quit bad management. I really hope things improve because the staff deserves better

  I see all the bad reviews but my experience was not that way at all. Food was good and fast. Employees were mostly friendly and cleaning tables while I was there. This was Sunday, mid afternoon on Mothers Day 2026. Hopefully you can figure things ouy and get those ratings up.

  Super short handed waiting over 15 minutes. When I asked for a refund they finally handed me my Egg Bacon and Cheese biscuit. When I opened while driving on the freeway the bun was hard, bacon was over cooked to a crisp and it was missing the egg!!!! How can you overlook the egg? It tasted so bad I just threw the whole thing out the window. This was a terrible experience.

  Very bad service 0/10. I spent 1 hour waiting for my food so that in the end they wouldn't deliver anything to me. Very rude staff and ignoring customers
