Drove up, ordered a drink, simply wanted a "natural coffee" no artificial flavors, no corn syrups, no poisonous dyes, just coffee, milk, cinnamon, chocolate, paprika, blended. They don't do that.... And they don't have anything natural in the stands, it's ALL artificial. You can taste the difference and it's disgusting. I literally took 3 sips, got a headache and drove 4 hours with this coffee in my truck that I never finished. Never finished it..... Coffee not getting drinked by an Oregonian? That's wild..... Complete distaste and realized this company is like the fast n furious franchise. How it started is not where we're at the hype and low acknowledgement of what good coffee is hyped up, a grants pass founded company which is cool but at the end of the day deliver a good product... Lol, then on top of that not only before I got my drink here, the employee touched the wip cream with his hand, cleaned it off and it sat by the window for the person behind me. That's gross, I don't care about germs but touching stuff all day then touching someone else's drink then to act like you didn't is shady work... I wanted to throw my drink out the window but I realized I have more respect for the Earth and the ground the birds and animals shit on then this company. Starting to resent it's presents in this state. Make coffee that's REAL!!!!! Have the ingredients that are REAL!!!!

That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
