    I was very excited to get coffee on my vacation. / Birthday and was told I couldn't Get my birthday drink because I did not have the app. I was going to download the app but was told even if i did this i still couldn't get my Birthday drink. So once we were done ordering the coffee it was very watered down and the blended drink was like drinking milk instead of being thick. The person helping us was very quiet and I had to ask over and over again what something was or how much something was and he seemed like he didn't want to be at work and definitely lacking customer service. At this point I'm highly disappointed.

    Elizabeth is amazing! She works the graveyard shift, and I really appreciate having someone so friendly and welcoming, especially that late at night off the freeway. They always are accommodating and makes my ridiculous Facebook secret menu drinks perfectly every time, and is always happy to chat. She makes every visit a great experience! The young man who works night too is great! He is very sweet. I don’t recall his name but I know I am getting good coffee when they both are working!

    Low staff and unsanitary location. The 2 bariatas working there were overwhelmed . Pls dutch bros this is a busy location so provide more staff to avoid long wait times and to prevent mistake orders.
