    Took 30 minutes to get my drinks cuz they want to stop talking. Yes 30 minutes and the drinks were low-key mid I found hair in my drink a dude's hair they didn't ask me how my day was like they usually do

    Going to miss seeing Elizabeth every night I wish she could come up to Portland with me for college and work the stands there. No one there makes a coffee like she does or makes passengers sing karaoke. I will miss my source of entertainment

    I was very excited to get coffee on my vacation. / Birthday and was told I couldn't Get my birthday drink because I did not have the app. I was going to download the app but was told even if i did this i still couldn't get my Birthday drink. So once we were done ordering the coffee it was very watered down and the blended drink was like drinking milk instead of being thick. The person helping us was very quiet and I had to ask over and over again what something was or how much something was and he seemed like he didn't want to be at work and definitely lacking customer service. At this point I'm highly disappointed.
