I am a vegetarian, I always order a cheese quesadilla with no jalapeño sauce and add nacho cheese sauce. Whenever I receive a chicken quesadilla there is nothing else I can do but throw it away. Tonight I ordered from uber eats and got my normal order, I received a chicken quesadilla that wasn’t even grilled. I know people who work at taco bell who have said it is not that difficult to tell whether it’s cheese or chicken. I am over this taco bell continuously giving me the wrong order and getting no consequence.

I ordered a lux box, 4 cheese roll ups, a grilled cheese burrito, a soft taco, and a dirty soda, and first of all our 3 drinks were completely forgotten and we had to ask for them to make them, and then the box was completely missing. None of the items that would have been in the box were there, and by the time we realized we were already home so we weren't able to go back. This isn't the first time they've forgotten items either, and I've wasted money here more times than I'd like to admit. I would understand if it was only once, MAYBE twice since tis location is frequently understaffed, but it's incredibly common for this place to forget items entirely. Do not go here unless you want missing items, or even sometimes a completely different order.
