  Why are your shelves so empty? We have finally decided to travel all the way to Salem Safeway out south because it’s obvious their ordering department knows how to keep the shelves full. And as for your Starbucks staff, they are either super rude or don’t show up to work, that you had to put a Safeway employee in to try and make orders and he was honest enough to say he doesn’t know how to make a certain drink. Felt bad for him, we decided to again travel to Salem to get a drink. At the high prices of gas, I wish you would get it figured out. Please!

  When I moved to Stayton 2 years ago this location was very nice. Produce was good employees were kind, didn't get charged for bags that were worthless. In the last year I have had to go back to get refunds because they overcharge me all the time. Their produce has gone downhill. I don't shop for produce there much anymore. I pay a little bit more and go to Roths. Safeways produce does not last very long, so if you don't plan on using it within a couple of days, don't count on being able to. The employees not all of them but a lot of them are very rude. And you pay for the paper bags that rip by the time you even get to your car but they want to charge you to double bag them. If you're going to charge people for bags, give them a good quality bag that can make it to the car and home. Everyone in the pharmacy is wonderful though no complaints. It would be nice if you would start addressing the rudeness of your employees especially when you get a complaint about them so you do know about it. Everyone always check your receipts. If you shop here because I have had to go back many many times to get my refund and I know other people have to. I actually had a lady behind me in line trying to get a refund for the same reason. I have actually gotten refunds up to $20 that's really a shame to be overcharged that much. I have also called corporate so that they can address these issues. There are not any better you'll be lucky if you get somebody that speaks without broken english. Then, they tell you they'll call you back. And it could be up to a month before you get a phone, call back.And if you are not home to receive the phone call, they won't call you back again. This is absolute bad customer service. I suggest Safeway starts improving all the way around or you will lose customers.That's if you truly care about your customers.
