  Love there seasonal Strawberry shortcake. Sadly they advertise this as a 'dairy free' option when using Bliss dairy free ice cream. This is not true as the shortcake contains dairy. For those that have dairy allergies, do not be fooled.

  Disappointed — Soggy Biscuits Ruined Our Meal We were really looking forward to breakfast at Burgerville, but unfortunately our experience fell flat. Our biscuits arrived completely soaked through — and I mean really wet. Not a little soft, not slightly damp — genuinely so wet that we didn't even want to eat our food. It was such a letdown. To make matters worse, we got there at 10:58 AM, and by the time we realized how bad they were, it was already past 11:00 AM and we were no longer able to go back and have them remade. We were stuck with a meal we couldn't enjoy and out the money (30$) we spent. We love supporting local spots and want to give Burgerville another chance, but this really needs to be addressed. Biscuits should never be served in that condition. Hoping management looks into how they're being stored or prepped, because no one should have to deal with this. 😞

  Miss when employees liked doing their jobs. Used to be the best place, now, just order and leave mentality and these are the last of the best of old school. Food was great however, customer service sucks is all.

  Wait 40 minutes to 2 meals to get 1 burger. Place has gone to shit!
