  I went in to order food for myself and my daughter, ordered two of the mini taco salads. I’ve never had it before, so I asked about sour cream and nacho cheese sauce as I cannot have any of the sauces and was told they were not on it. What I was not told by Nora at the window is that the creamy chipotle sauce IS on it. I realized this, parked and went in to remedy the situation. Nora said she would have them remade without the sauce so I waited. After several minutes she then informed me “George” the manager, actually named Ian, was refusing to remake them. He said they were made as ordered so he would not do a remake. I explained that I had asked about sour cream and nacho cheese sauce, but had not thought to ask about chipotle sauce as that is not an everyday ingredient in your average taco salad. He was rude and dismissive and told me he would not help me. I then went to the location on Mohawk, where the manager Amy and a wonderful young man named Ivan helped me and fixed the items. I cannot say enough good things about Amy and Ivan at Mohawk. The same cannot be said for Nora and Ian.

  Not a fan of this location. The Gateway one is cleaner by far.

  I placed a mobile order and sat in the drive thru long enough for the driver of the truck in front of me to zone out, fall asleep or whatever and roll back into me. Long story short police where called and showed up BEFORE my order was ready, which was also missing my nacho fries.

  HORRIBLE PLACE! It’s supposed to be fast food for a reason. Don’t come here unless you at least have an hour or free time on your hands.

  I'm a little confused about service after 10pm. Recent visits have long waiting periods in the drive-thru. After spending a solid half hour waiting in line. I was told that on-line orders are made at the same time as drive thru orders. So the front door is locked and Doordash folks are sitting in line in front and behind me? No one is going thru the front door. What? But their craps made before mine? I see four bags/orders sitting in the pickup shelf. ( Why would I order on-line after 10pm just to hold everyone else up and pickup food that's been sitting forever?)
