  Specialty soda was good but the breakfast burrito was 5 bucks for what felt like 2 scrambled eggs, a slice of bacon maybe 2 and a Kraft single slice of cheese... just a bit disappointing. However the fries were good even though they are probably the most greasy fast food fry around. Also when we pulled up to drive thru we were greeted then ignored for a few minutes which sucked since it was so hot out and after 4 to 5 minutes later they greeted us again like nothing happened. Definitely a place you go to once to twice a year.

  Just disgusted with the fact people are just trying to make it and you want to charge for sauce that comes with a meal this place is selfish and I hope to see it fail because of the selfishness

  My partner and I go to this location on Olympic Street almost weekly. It is a much welcomed treat after my long doctor visits to get one of their specialty drinks. The staff is always so nice. Today we called and Alex went above and beyond to make sure we could get our drink the way we wanted when the DoorDash app wouldn't let us customize our drinks. With the day we had, this kindness meant so very much to us. Thank you Alex, and team, for your outstanding customer service.

  Three trips in a row, now to this Springfield, Oregon Sonic and I have waited 10, 12, and then 20 minutes. The first trip was for one Cherry Limeade for a door dash order. 10 minute wait. The second trip was for drinks for my family. 12 minutes and never got to order. The third trip was for one sonic blast. 20 minutes. For one blast. This was another door dash order. It was already runny by the time I got it. Most of the people are friendly. This is a management issue and a customer service issue. There has been no attempt to apologize or make it right. When we brought up the wait times, they just shrugged it off. I will never give them my personal business again and will turn down dash orders to Sonic. There are plenty of other fast food options that will get your food to you while it’s still hot, or cold. If you have 20 minutes to wait for a drink, there are better options out there. Can I give zero stars?
