- CSCarissa Sloatermen-Beeman6 days ago1.0My husband and son just went to this store and had to use the self checkout and asked the self checkout attendant (Josh) for help with checking out the vegetables he had gotten, the attendant said no and refused to help going off about why he wouldn't help and then standing there doing nothing. after my husband finally figured out how to check out the vegetables correctly and asked what his name was and he refused to tell him so he looked and saw his name tag (Josh) and proceeded to leave when your employee, Josh yelled at my husband, "what?! Did I offend you?!" My husband told him,"yes, because you refused to do your job and help me use the self check out when asked " to which your employee was aggressive and rude in front of my child. And as I've seen in several other complaints this Josh guy has not only done this lazy and rude behavior to us but to several others as well, one going as far back as 4 years ago!!! What a joke, why is he still employed here?!?! I will not be coming to any Safeway again, these are the types of employees you keep? Allowing them to continually drive away customers?! Obviously no serious repercussions have happened to this waste of space, Josh. Worst employee ever!
