  If i could give 0 stars i absolutely would. The worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to, and i've even worked at one. They never fail to mess up my order each and EVERY time i come here. This place is an embarrassment to the franchise and I hope it gets thoroughly cleaned out because customers nor employees deserve this humiliating environment to be at their convenience. They can’t even interact with you as the customer, and they can’t even put the burger meat on your burger. Huge joke.

  I'm done going to any McDonald's because you can't get a plain burger right three times in three visits, and now no strawberry shakes. I used to eat at one at least a twice a week and now I won't ever come back to any. Enjoy bankruptcy

  Food is inconsistent. About a 3rd of the time I have an issue. It's either I'm missing an item or some of the items are cold.

  Called and asked to see if the ice cream machine was working because my current location one is down and the lady that answered the phone insulted me instead. Really disrespectful and unprofessional. Thurston McDonald’s needs to work on there customer service.

  Used to be fine. Usually was always reliable and fast. Not anymore. One recent time I went, several times were missing from my order. Didn't realize until I got home. Had to drive back to the resturant, didn't get an apology for the inconvenience or anything. Last time I went, entire order was forgotten. Was made to wait around for over half an hour. When they finally got me my order, it was missing an item. Don't know what changed, but it didn't used to be like this.
