  So I've grown up in Springfield I've eaten here quite a bit when I go in or when I place orders on the phone usually they're totally normal on the phone but when I go in to pick up the order I'm treated like they're annoyed to have customers and you're treated with like negativity and just rudeness it's not a good atmosphere their food is hella good but also it's inconsistent one day I got the teriyaki chicken it was Smokey and delicious and then one day I got it and it had no Smokey flavor and it tasted horrible and then my favorite thing is pineapple fried rice Hawaiian pineapple fried rice they have no pieces of pineapple in their fried rice and it doesn't taste good it's like a ball of squish it's not good I've eaten pineapple fried rice from several places and it is not made like that and they don't even have any traditional Hawaiian sauces like katsu or anything like that But yes they do have decent prices and some of their food is good just inconsistent and whoever that short guy is that works behind the counter I'm not sure if he's the owner or not and I'm not trying to be mean but he's really rude and if he's going to be mean to people somebody's got to know that when you go there if you have social anxiety or you get upset easily or anything like that you probably shouldn't eat there

  We ordered a bunch of food for a graduation party. I was so impressed with the whole process! The food was absolutely amazing and very generous portions. Thank you, thank you!

  I’m assuming I must’ve just got a bad batch so I’ll try again in a week or two but I ordered some ribs today and they were so burnt it was hard to eat them ended up only being able to eat 2

  Service was great, the people working there were nice and helpful with any questions I had about the menu, food came out relatively quickly. The food itself was underwhelming. I have tried many Hawaiian food places and grew up with the authentic food. I was expecting it to be great based on other reviews. The bbq chicken was very dry, they use thigh meat too so you'd think it wouldn't be so dry, the pork did not taste seasoned and had no Hawaiian sauce to offer that most places have to go on top of the meat. The noodles had absolutely 0 flavor and tasted plastic, the rice was gummy. The cabbage was fresh though, and I loved that. Giving 3 stars for service. Food needs improvement.
