The girl here was awful I tried to give her my phone number. She was too busy and then ended up not getting my points. And she had the audacity to say, oh, you gotta make sure you get your points. Like it was my fault. Then, the guy gave my drink to another vehicle. They had it for at least 30 seconds before realizing it wasn't theirs, handed it back and then handed it to me. And I didn't want it and they said, it's fine, take it so now I have to go to another Dutch Bros to have them remake my coffee because I don't know where that woman's hands have been. Or if she sipped my drink and this Dutch bro did not seem to care.never coming bk here.

Even though we messed up their flow, they had a great attitude and we're super nice when I realized my drink accidentally got put in as iced instead of hot. Super thankful and appreciative.

I've ordered the golden eagle with non dairy ingredients many times, adding chocolate drizzle. Today the young woman said the chocolate drizzle isn't dairy free. The next young woman I asked said she didn't know, because online a quick search says it is. So I downloaded the nutritional guide and it isn't on the list of items with dairy. Please make sure the employees know the list of items with dairy, it would be nice if I could get what I want to drink.
