Told the barista what happened and she said no problem Iāll make them again, then she came back and said she needed to check with the manager. Up pops this manager looking at me as if Iām trying to cheat her out of two drinks. I let her know what happened. She asked if I could show her the drinks and I responded that they were at home but just replacing one for my child was fine I would go without one. She said āokay, I got you for oneā. She must not have told the original barista, cause she went ahead and made two. The two drinks were finished. The manager walked over, took one of the drinks and dumped it in the sink and brought the other one to the window, smiled at me and said,āhave a good dayā. I donāt know what her problem was, other than someone must have spit in her coffee this morning. She must have gotten more of a thrill by throwing it in the sink then working on her customer service.

Can I buy stickers?
Weāre not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
Itās easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and thereās no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and youāll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way youād like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We arenāt able to take drink orders over the phone, but weāre excited to serve you! Donāt let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
