Springfield, OR - Gateway lication. They were out of chicken and the steak was dried out. They had no queso cheese dip and told me it would take more than 30 minutes to get it. Since they were all out, I asked if they had already started making more. No they had not! I had to ask 3 times fir a receipt with my card number on it, to show what was charges. I mentioned that every table (no lie) was dirty and had food on them. No one came out to clean them even though there were at least 8 employees just standing there looking at us. My wife ended up wiping one off for us. Got to our table to eat, that is when I found out that my burrito maker failed to roll my burrito. I fought with it the whole time and ended up eating a lot with a fork. Which we had to ask for, since those were out in the holder.
Do not shop here. This place deserves to go out of business. Poorly trained employees with bad attitudes doing sloppy work that are more interested in gossiping with each other than fulfilling customer orders. The bar is always filthy, usually out of at least a few items and the rest of the place is also never clean. Poor, inconsistent product, crappy attitude from the sullen kids working there and management thats a joke. And I'll bet my last dollar, this post gets a boilerplate reply from chipotle saying "we are sorry about your experience, blah blah blah...(But we aren't going to bother changing anything because too many other people are willing to pay us and put up with how poorly we do our job). Before enshittification became so widespread, you used to be able to go to a chipotle and get good healthy food that was well prepared fast and not that expensively. Now. No chance. Vote with your dollars.

I was told that I could not have a tortilla with my order because the tortilla warmer was broken. I accepted that explanation and continued eating my bowl, although I was already disappointed that I could not get the order I wanted.
However, while I was eating, I watched the manager, Tina, prepare a burrito for another customer. I asked her, “How does that work if I was just told the tortilla warmer was broken?” She responded that tortillas were only available for to-go orders.
I was honestly shocked. So I asked, “So you’re telling me you can serve tortillas to customers ordering to-go, but not to a paying customer who is dining inside the restaurant?” She confirmed that was the case.
That is completely unacceptable and incredibly disappointing customer service. If tortillas are available for to-go orders, there is absolutely no reasonable explanation for denying them to customers dining inside the restaurant. The inconsistency alone was frustrating, but what made the experience even worse was the condition of the restaurant.
The store appeared extremely dirty and unsanitary, and the overall condition of the location was unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect basic cleanliness, consistency, and respect—none of which I felt I received during this visit.
I will not be returning to this Chipotle location. This isn’t about being denied a tortilla; it’s about the way the situation was handled and the overall condition of the restaurant. Customers deserve better.
Please do better, Chipotle. This experience was unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

I am extremely disappointed by the way I was treated at this Chipotle location.
I specifically asked for a burrito and was told by Tina, the manager, that a burrito could not be made because the tortilla press was down. I accepted that explanation and ordered a bowl instead. However, while I was eating, I personally watched Tina use the tortilla press to make a burrito for a CarSide order.
When I questioned Tina about this, she stated that the tortilla press was working but was “strictly for CarSide” and that she could not give me a tortilla. That is completely unacceptable. If a product or piece of equipment is available and functioning, denying it to a customer while providing the exact same item to another customer is not acceptable customer service.
A manager should be setting the standard for hospitality, not creating an experience that leaves a customer feeling dismissed and intentionally treated differently.
On top of that, there was water on the floor with no wet-floor warning sign. That is a completely avoidable safety hazard and demonstrates a lack of attention to basic restaurant standards.
This was not simply a minor inconvenience. It was poor customer service, poor management, and a potential safety issue. I expect better from a national restaurant chain. I will not be returning to this location, and I strongly encourage the company to review what happened, including the manager’s handling of the situation and the safety conditions in the restaurant.
This location needs to do better. Customers deserve consistency, respect, and basic hospitality—regardless of whether they order inside or through CarSide.
You would think everything Chipotle went through in 2015 with Ecoli that they would be a better dining experience with Service and portions. Some of the reviews are horrible especially with bad service.
I go to several restaurants and for the same price I dont feel like im getting ripped off. I guess they dont care if they are in business or not. Its too bad cause their food isn't bad. I just dont eat there much but would if they weren't taking that Corporation attitude of skimping on their customers. That and customer service. Oh well...
