- SMSarah MayMay 10, 20263.0Was very disappointed to watch them make a complete mess of my 911. He over filled it and was scooping it multiple times. By doing so lost have the floor and shots. Not to mention my cup was a mess that they attempting to clean up. My other coffee tasted bland and like burnt coffee. Mind you I drink Dutch nearly daily. My drinks were not made correctly. I’m traveling and didn’t have to time to turn around to go back and honestly am sick and didn’t have the energy to talk.

- IGIan GarrettMay 3, 20261.0It wasn't the baristas fault. Whoever managers the Dutch Bros in Sisters should schedule more than one barista on a Sunday afternoon. She was completely overwhelmed. Our orders completely wrong but we felt so bad for her we just took what was offered and headed out. We don't have a Dutch Bros locally so this is the first time we've had one in the long while and it was completely gross. The coffee was awful. It was way too sweet. I could see on the inside of the shop and it's a bunch of pre-made crap. I don't know why Dutch Bros is even in the same universe as Starbucks. My cafe mocha was made with steamed chocolate milk.

Baristas seem untrained and did not make our drinks properly, could not work the iPad and kept asking us to repeat our order. The only Dutch bros I have ever been to that is never in order and always takes too long.

A Dutch Shake is our take on a classic shake. A Dutch Freeze® is a blended coffee drink!

We’ve decided to focus on what we do best - serving up awesome drinks, creating genuine connections at the window and giving back to our communities! That means we’re stepping away from offering DutchWear to our customers. You’ll still be able to buy coffee and drinkware on our website, which may occasionally offer a few surprises!
Can I buy stickers?
We’re not selling stickers anymore! Stop by your local shop the first Wednesday of every month for a Sticker Drop! You can now also earn App Stickers through the Dutch Bros app! Download to see which stickers are available to you!
Can I print a digital gift card and give it as a gift?
We recommend purchasing our IRL Gift Cards if you want to give something physical!
How do I earn points?
It’s easy! Collect 3 points for each dollar you spend at a shop, and there’s no limit to how many you can earn!
Can I still get points if I forgot my phone?
We hate when that happens! If you ever forget your phone, just give your broista your phone number, and you’ll earn the points. Unfortunately, we won't be able to issue points for past purchases unless you snag a receipt and email it to us.
Can I customize my drink?
Yes, our broistas are always happy to make any drink the way you’d like!
Can I place my drink order over the phone?
We aren’t able to take drink orders over the phone, but we’re excited to serve you! Don’t let our long lines fool you - we'll get your favorite drink to you as quickly as possible!
Can I apply more than once?
You can only apply once to each location! To follow up on an application, please swing by and check in with your local broistas!
Can I still customize my drink through Order Ahead?
We'd love to customize your drink the way you want, so you can definitely make your usual customizations when ordering ahead! If you have a particularly creative order, or enjoy a cold pour, we recommend ordering your drink at the shop so your broista can get it just right.
