- CCCleopatra Cheremnov4 days ago1.0had ordered 2 subs my man got what he ordered and they didn’t add things i had asked for in my sub, tomato’s and avocado left out and was also charged for it also added extra turkey when i wanted the regular amount only, not happy with my order also waited for 20-30 minutes for both

On top of that they literally put the receipt ticket for each order ON TOP OF THE SANDWICHES. Dirty receipt paper touching the food in about to eat. What is going on here. Close this place down!

Today we went in again and spoke to the assistant manager, Tyler, and told him about our experience. He was extremely helpful and did everything he could to remedy the situation for us. Due to his service alone, I would highly recommend this location for the extremely good customer service shown to us.

There isn't any way for three people to keep up with the drive through, literally at least 10 online orders coming in at once back to back, and then a line of 5 customers in store. Not fair to the workers or the customers. Limit the amount of online orders someone can place at once or hire more people. But to the employees, rock on!
