- JIJeremy Roberts IVend4U5 days ago2.0I don't go shopping here very often at this particular location. However, the last two times that I have gone here over the course of 4 months. There's a cashier by the name of Jeremiah likes to take it upon himself to spin the credit card reader and rate himself a 10 and in the follow-up question, "friendly service". I went in here last night and he needed to see my ID at the shelf checkout. I said hello to him. He did not respond. He immediately looked at my ID, walked over to the credit card reader and took it upon himself to rate himself a 10 and and follow up with friendly service. The guy did not even say two words to me. Kinda just grunted, and acted like he was annoyed that he had to work late or something. If you happen to get Jeremiah as a cashier, pay attention if he goes for the credit card reader. And takes it upon himself to give himself a 10 Rating.

I do notice there has been some difficulty keeping certain items stocked, but that isn't just a Safeway issue; I've noticed that with other chains as well. But otherwise, a great place to shop. I always clip the digital coupons to help keep my costs down. I recently started using the drive-up & go feature and LOVE it. The personal shoppers do a great job selecting items and having your order ready quickly. It's very convenient. The Safeway Pharmacy is also awesome. I definitely recommend shopping there.

We’ve ordered cakes for over 10yrs here but after our experience this week we will no longer do so. From the rude service 3yrs ago, to a cake decorator putting her dirty fingers in my son’s birthday cake trying to smooth wrinkles out last year. This specific incident, my husband ordered a cake online 3days before, only to show up at the designated pick up time with the cake not ready. No problem, my husband said he’d return around noon, only to show up 20min before with the cake still not ready and the employee telling him he was supposed to come at noon. Then after coming home to find the cake was not entirely what we ordered.
