  World’s world chipotle for online orders, they mess it up every time. I go twice as far to Newberg because this location can’t get it together. Hoping for a management change someday.

  Came in around 3pm. Absolutely dirty. I love Chipotle but this was the 1st time I wanted to walk away mid ordering. The food definitely wasn't fresh, EVERYTHING looked like it was sitting from the night before. Dried. Low food stocked. And felt dark. But by the reviews I'm 100% sure they don't care to fix their conditions.

  The food at Chipotle is pretty good. My family and I periodically come here for a quick meal . There is a decent variety and for the most part the quality of the food always taste the same. Its a nice clean environment, BUT........ The employees on the other hand, not many of them are very friendly at all. There is a younger guy maybe 19-23 darkish hair, thin, who always seems to have to jump in to do everything or do other peoples jobs, who I assume is in some sort of management position. He is always so kind and friendly. He is very soft spoken and always ask how my day is going. He also gives the appropriate amount of food. Its the amount I would expect for the price and atleast always a full scoop of each item I ask for in our bowls. When I ask for extra rice and beans he gives more than a ¼ of a scoop extra(I dont ever ask for extra when they are busy or look very low on food). Extra rice and beans is free anyways so it shouldn't ever be a problem. He does a great job anytime Ive seen him working! Most everyone else hardly ever fills the bowls up. I don't get a ton of toppings on my bowl and 90% of the times if I get my normal- rice, beans, corn mix, chicken, cheese and Pico, my bowl isn't even half way full. I dont even get close to a full scoop of chicken. I don't expect a heaping scoop, but atleast a ½ cup of chicken. If I ask for a little more so I get atleast the full serving of chicken my bowl should come with, not extra just what any bowl with a protein should come with, they charge extra. I even told a guy once that I could literally count 6 small pieces of chicken, and he said thats what he is supposed to give people lol. Thankfully another employee saw it and said you need to give her way more. The people behind me in line were his friends and he LOADED their bowls up no problem. He asked what they wanted and if they said rice and beans they got 2-3 scoops each. Whatever kind of meat they wanted, they got 2-3 scoops without asking for any extra. The employee didnt even care that I was watching him do this either. Ive heard alot of people complain that employees are very generous with certain people(friends and family) then others they hardly get anything. I asked for extra rice and beans and was told it cost extra and I said no its free. He argued until another another employee said extra rice and beans are FREE! Obviously within reason. He finally gave me a tiny bit extra, I mean tiny. People giving small portions seems to be very common here. Ive been in the store and heard people complain about portions/rude employees and have seen complaints on facebook groups many times In the pics that go with this post you can see some of the bowls are hardly ½ full. That was a recent trip were I ordered 8 meals. I was trying to pay attention so every order was correct and didn't notice till I came home that most of the bowls were ½ full. Some were more like a ⅓ full. I asked for extra rice and beans, clearly did not get that. I paid for extra chicken in 2 of them, I dont even think I got a full serving of what the standarmeal is supposed to come with without extra. One of the bowls looks like someone ate most of it, they didn't. That's what we got. All pictures were taken before anyone took a bite. If it were not for the fact that the food consistently tastes decent, they have some healthier options, and my kids love this place, I wouldn't come here again. Theres only a few friendly employees. Most employees are teenagers/young adults with permanent scowls on their face. If you say "hi, how are you?","how's your day?", they dont respond or their rude and dismissive. They just want to get you out of there. If they were busy when ive dealt with this I would get it. But when Im the only person in line and I ask how your day is going, just respond, even a fine thanks would be great. Its always like this. They need to step it up and fix all of this. So many people complain about this Chipotle, poor service and small portions compared to what they are supposed to give you.
