- KWkodi WeeksSep 19, 20261.0genuinely the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced every time i come in. everyone looks miserable, i get no greeting or even acknowledgement at the door and all the way up to the counter. cashiers faces are always visible irritated, and there are 6 employees standing around in the back while one person makes 2 online and my order. please invest time into training the miserable teenagers here better, or hire new staff who actually have life in their eyes.

- CRCursed RaccoonsAug 1, 20261.0To be blunt, you never really know what to expect when ordering from here. The standards across staff differs dramatically. For example, if you order regular quantity for all ingredients in a bowl, you may or may not get way too much rice, very little sour cream or sauce. Then if you order extra OCCASIONALLY it will be perfect. More often than not you are left with a dramatically salty soupy mess of way too much of everything and somehow even the items you select to be regular- You get way less of. To give another example, I got maybe 5 pieces of lettuce. Literally. I am completely disappointed and confused. This has happened multiple times. I don’t want to drink my burrito bowls, thank you. So gross. What’s even more disappointing is the quesadillas. Sure they are “targeted” towards kids but that does not mean that they should look like something that was frozen & beaten with a hammer. Adults like quesadillas too & regardless of that, the quality should never be this low. To claim calorie standards & have this wide of quality & quantity issues is insane to me.
