- MMMichael MitchellMay 6, 20261.0I was literally the only person in the drive-thru. I got up to the window, and they immediately told me to pull around to the front. When I pointed out that there was no one behind me and I'd rather just wait at the window, the employee told me I had to move because it 'messes with their times.' It seems obvious that you're just manipulating your metrics by making customers park. Instead of faking your drive-thru times, why not focus on making the food efficiently and using accurate data so your establishment can actually improve?

I did a promo on DoorDash where it was spend 20 and get a free nacho fry.. right? So of course I do that.. RIGHT? My food gets here, great doordasher, but this.. THIS. Crossed my line. I open my SEALED bag and there’s no fries? Like I get it, it was free but, dude, it really is the cherry on top of all the times I went through the drive through and had missing items. I can’t pull over and go back in for my missing items when I DoorDash. I have to sit and write what went wrong with my items and my poor innocent door dasher may lose his side hustle or job because some taco bell employee wanted to RUSH through the job they don’t enjoy working. I get it, not every job is perfect, but don’t work a job you don’t enjoy. Affects everyone else around you.
