  I am the only one in my family who will eat there. I went in recently like a week ago from May 17. I literally had an animal hair in my nacho bell grande. I took it to the staff running the register, they made a face and said thats disgusting. Then said, "so what do you want?" "Do you want it remade?" He didn't offer for me to speak to a manager nothing just looked disgusted and walked away. I used to loved going to tacobell. I just don't know whats happened to service type jobs.

  This Taco Bell is usually one of the better fast food spots around. The staff is generally friendly, the food is made well, and they’re normally pretty quick even when the line gets long. Orders are correct more often than not, which honestly goes a long way these days. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is consistency. Every once in a while the wait gets pretty long or something small gets missed in the order, but overall it’s a reliable location and I keep coming back.

  I did an online order but the staff were amazing. I came in at almost 10-11 on 5/4/26. I was stressed after working in the clinic and hospital. They deserve an award as it was late and dealing with cranky people. Fun and energetic bunch who you could tell they were comfortable and can joke with coworkers. That’s how i treat my staff. To the staff that worked the closing shift on 5/4/26 - glad you’re able to keep joy and smile on your face.

  We asked for no lettuce. It was piled in the taco's. We wanted a steak guac burrito and they said only on tater tots. We asked what was close and they said a cheesy steak burrito and we asked what was on it and the guy never answered. When we got to the window they charged $6.99 for this empty tortilla with rice, maybe some beans and some cheese sauce for like three pieces of meat. It was even half the size of the grilled stuffed burrito. Mainly one of the steak and the guac. Not even close. Would have gladly had it on the tater tots instead. But the biggest part was the girl working the cash register. She literally rolled her eyes when we took the tacos back because they had lettuce on there. And when we asked about the burrito what was in it she didn't know and had to look it up and then acted like we were the problems. She didn't know the menu and also acted like we put her out asking her what was supposed to be in this burrito! And then another guy came over tall who I think is the manager, kind of rough looking, basically had the same attitude as her. Super shitty! After she closed the window you can tell they were talking about us because of the way her hand gestures were moving and he looked right at us. And we only got one hot sauce for three tacos? And no napkins in the burrito bag or whatever you called that thing! I guess it's hit and miss at Taco Bell these days. They don't care anymore. As long as a body shows up to work, its all good!!
