  Good sandwich as always, but Shayla went above and beyond, proving it's not just about the sandwich, but making a connection and spreading joy even with all the tasks at hand.

  Only one person working by herself on Mother's Day morning is rather cruel. Short staff sucks any day, let alone on a day meant to honor hard working women. She was wonderful and kind, and made an awesome sandwich in spite of being swamped with orders. I hope the manager understands that customers observe the atmosphere they create for their employees.

  Shay did an amazing job! Even though she was working alone with four people in line, she greeted me right away and let me know she’d be with me as soon as she could. She worked quickly, kept a smile on her face the entire time, and was incredibly sweet and kind. She truly deserves a raise!

  The staff was amazing. One person from the hours 11am-1pm. But she stayed calm and got to everyone in a timely fashion.

  Lunch rush was starting to come in and I didn’t wait long until Cris helped me. She made all THREE of my sandwiches in under 2 minutes and with minimal questions asked. She was phenomenal.
