I don't know what I did to you, but hovering over me at self check out like you did this morning at around 8:20am. There were no cashier's which is my preference. You can see everything I have. I don't know what I did to you. I'm a kind person. This is my safe place store I shop here almost everytime I need something. I can come here alone and feel safe. That made me feel very uncomfortable. There are many employees I enjoy conversing with. This made me very upset. I don't like posting things like this.

They got my name wrong my order wrong and out of 6 things on my order they had 2 and even that was wrong! They were going to send carmel when I ordered chocolate. When I tried to cancel my order they would not let me and I had to jump thru so many hoops to get it done. Then the manager at Lancaster store all he had to say was glad it wasn't his store. The website also is garbage. What a nightmare to have to go thru just to send someone some birthday treats. Im leaving this review for my sister bcuz she is so upset that she can't even delete her information on the website and customer support dont know how to delete her account. If I could give y'all 0 stars I would including the customer support! You ask to speak to a manager and they put you on forever hold then back to the robot. The customer support is worthless too. Sorry Safeway but yall need to do some training and the managers need to manage their stores over there

I started trying everything Safeways Brand, I have been nothing but impressed. I even like them over other national/store brands. That is how I started trying them all.
