  Jesse in the produce area is unprofessional. Overheard him mention he will not help customers, DUG shoppers or 3rd party shoppers. "I dont get paid to help". Sir, that's break room talk not on the floor with all the customer’s to hear. His tone and demeanor came across as very disgruntled. Should you decide to spend your money at this safeway, avoid Jesse for assistance. Other than that great deals if you clip the coupons.

  This store is fine if you are willing to go in and do your own shopping. Clean and well-lit. I however, used the order online and pick up option earlier this week after getting home from a 9 day trip. I'm tired. I didn't want to even leave my house, but I've used pick up options before so oh well. I ordered in the afternoon to pick up between 6-7pm. It was not a large order: milk, some cereal, some veggies, some pasta, pizza rolls. I received a text and email saying it would be delayed but not by how long and that I should wait to head to the store until I hear from them, that's fine, I'll just pick something up at a drive thru to eat that night. I received a text around 8pm that they were starting to collect my order. Around 8:30pm they said it was ready and to use the link to let them know I was on my way. The link I just received stated it had expired. So I made it to this store at 8:45pm, tried calling, got AI that just told me my order had been delayed and contact the store. At this point, I assumed they were short staffed for the day since there was only one checkout open plus the self check outs. The Customer Service desk was closed. I found someone facing shelves and asked them for help, they declined stating they were a vendor and not store staff. So I wandered up front and asked the clerk watching the self check outs. He gestured at someone with a cart by the door. I went to speak with her. She abruptly told me to get a cart twice while not looking at me (I didn't know she was speaking to me the first time). So I did and then I waited while she went around the corner to a separate room for a few minutes before I heard her complain "I'll figure it out later." Again, this was not a large order. She gave me 5 paper bags with my groceries? Some of them only had one item in them? Now when I was making my pasta, the yellow squash had cuts and bruises all over it. One of the zucchinis was fine, the second had a slimy pocket on it and was limp, the basil was brown. They sent me an email saying sorry the order wasn't timely. Moral of the story: Do your own shopping here because the pick up option is extra slow and they choose subpar produce. You'll get better stuff if you go in and get it yourself.

  Has good deli food and has what you need in food or other quick things like cable for your phone for car or home
