- MSMason SchroederJul 25, 20263.0I'm a little confused on the delivery fee. The order wanted me to tip based off the total. That includes the delivery fee. But the delivery fee does not go to the driver it goes to the company. According to the bottom description. But the company employs people to make them deliveries. It's like a loophole. For me to pay for that person's employment. I tipped based off of my order. Which was 15%. That says it was 13% because of the delivery fee. I don't want to tip the company. I want to tip the people that took participation in the service. To reverse that analogy if I came to pick up my food I should be able to expect a pickup discount. I'll update my review on how my food was handled.

Next thing I knew my eyes were closed and I woke up after they tried calling me for the 3rd time about my abandoned order. I called back and he said they were closed but he’d be there for another 10 minutes, so I FLEW down to The Hut for my order. Pizza was Still nice and toasty in their warmer and despite me being that last minute A-hole who didn’t answer their calls 3 times, they were all so incredible sweet. I worked in pizza for 7 years and gotta say, I really appreciate your guys’ grace last night!
