Such an upsetting take out experience. The picture shows an over 20 dollar plate. Thrown together, not even a scoop of rice. This is so disrespectful to your customers that choose to spend their money with you. I won’t be back, I don’t trust your people to respect the patrons enough to assemble and serve food like they care. This was almost an 80 dollar takeout order fyi.

Absolutely terrible experience. We disliked the service and atmosphere so much that we ultimately left and went to a competitor to actually eat. From the moment we walked in, the place felt neglected. We waited about 10 minutes just to be seated, and it wasn't even the waitress who seated us, it was the cook. The waitress never introduced herself or made us feel particularly welcomed. The dining area was a mess. Multiple tables were covered in trash and dirty dishes when we arrived. After we were finally seated and given bread, once we finished, our dirty dishes were taken and added to the SAME table that was already stacked with dirty dishes when we walked in. About 20 minutes later, two of the tables were partially cleaned, but then the bus tub was simply left sitting on another table. I genuinely don't understand the cleaning style here. It seemed like the mess was just being moved from table to table instead of actually being cleared away. Even the things that seem to be part of the restaurant's main aesthetic and experience were disappointing. One of the big features is the peanuts you can crack open and enjoy while you're there. My husband finally tried some on our way out, and they were stale and completely unappetizing. When something that's supposed to be part of the fun and identity of the place isn't even enjoyable, that says a lot. The jukebox wasn't working either and seemed to be there more for decoration than actual use. All of the window blinds were completely shut, making the restaurant feel dark, closed off, and uninviting. I understand there were only two employees working the waitress and the cook, but being short-staffed doesn't explain everything we experienced. Between waiting to be acknowledged, dirty tables everywhere, dishes being piled onto other tables, stale peanuts, and the overall atmosphere, we didn't even want to stay for a meal. The ONLY positive was the music. We ultimately decided we'd rather leave and spend our money at a competitor for food instead. That should say enough about how disappointing this experience was. Would not recommend based on this visit.

The Tri-tip was good. The wings were really good. This time was good, but the time before was mediocre if that.

This was their bbq "tri tip"..... The grill marks peeled up like skin off a chicken thigh for some reason and the texture looks pretty suspicious. I had 2 bites and couldn't finish it. Looks like something grown in a lab 🤮
